We had a fabulous 19 days here and would recommend to anyone. 1. Location - Close enough to Centro to be right in the middle of the action within 10 minutes, but being on a cul-de-sac, there are no traffic noise issues to deal with. 2. Safety/ Security - There is a secure entrance at the very front of the property and again on the door into the apartment. We had our own unique keycode to use for our stay. The area that the apartment is in is VERY safe. We were out at night and had absolutely no worries whatsoever. 3. Check-in - This was uniquely good. On the day of arrival we were sent our unique keycode as well as a link to a series of videos that showed key elements of the apartment and arrival process. A really nice touch. 4. Hosts - We met Hector and he was very helpful and also provided a list of local restaurants and attractions. Evelyn was AMAZING, she was the housemaid and worked incredibly hard all the time we were there, she was also on hand to clean our clothes whenever we needed that done. She really made this stay for us, if you are staying longterm here, you will find that she makes the whole experience a different level. We will be back whenever we are staying in Queretaro. ...
