No, sorry. We ask a minimum of 5 “keys” which means you should have the possibility to rent to 5 different persons who will form a “community”. This is a minimum to consider.
Yes, it is. We strongly want to incentive the responsible use of energies and we will ask you to have some. But this should be an easy fix, and your best investment for the long term.
I do not have any renewable energy equipment in my space. Is this really necessary?
I have 2 apartments of 3 bedrooms, one next to the other with the same adress. Would it be possible to join Smart Nomad?
Yes, maybe. It may be necessary to make some small changes to your facility in order to organise 1 or several common areas to be shared between the entire community. If all the others criterias are fullfilled, there is a high probability that you could join.
What are the next steps when my space has been accepted by Smart Nomad?
You will have to fill a form with the description of your spaces, facility, common areas, and neighbourhoods, and send high quality pictures. You will receive a complete instruction for that. Your space will then be included in the Smart Nomad website in several days, and start to be published through our Smart Nomads.
How much does it cost to join the Smart Nomad community?
Nothing at the beginning. We will not charge anything to analyse your application. When you will receive your first efective reservation, we will charge you 100USD as a participation for the web site development. Aside this one shot fee, and also for each future reservation onwards, we will charge a comission of 8% only.
