Smart Nomad Spaces was founded to fullfill the new needs of Coworking and Coliving of itinerant professionals, digital nomads or slow travelers, now looking to integrate in their life a community of like-minded people to combine work, diversion and private life in a single location. This is what Coliving is about.

The world has changed fast in the last years, like the way we now work and live. And the scheme of the past when we were living with a fix home in our native country, moving every day to a fix office, meeting the same friends after work for years, and combining with the use of hotels when we were travelling, will not anymore fulfill the needs of most people in the coming years.

Internet and the digital world and tools are causing a revolution. Professionally, the new trend is now that you can produce most of your work from almost anywhere on the planet, using streaming videoconference, digital sharing and instant messaging. You just need a good computer, robust internet, and a pleasant and confortable space to get all the inspiration you need.

From the simple seed of an idea – Creation of beautiful Spaces adapted to live and work in a single location surrounded by interesting people with the possibility to move easily, and without the assle of administrating invoices and contracts– to the first action to make it reality, Smart Nomad was born.

Smart Nomad is the community of both the land tenants of Coliving spaces, and the nomads who wander the world . Our spaces are always human size, high standard Coliving spaces, kind of “boutique coliving” with a lot of small or medium size houses or Villas. Our spaces are all in the most attractive zones, of the most interesting cities or nature location in the world. In Smart Nomad, you will not find a single industrial Co-living place with 100 keys (rooms) or more. 30 keys are our maximum, and 7 to 20 keys is the norm.

Our mission, together, is to create a world where everyone can design and live their best lives, with the freedom to live and work anywhere.

HOW WORKS OUR SPACE CLASIFICATION?

BRONZE SPACES

Our **BRONZES SPACES** are oriented towards nomads with highly **tight budget** who accept and like to share as much as possible with other like-minded persons, days and nights, if that can bring further savings. Typically, in a bronze space, you can expect a bed in a **dormitory,** a hammock or an open space to install your tent. If you have great social qualities, and love to share with others all day long, you will love our Bronze spaces. Here, you will generally find a lot of students or junior professionals, young artists, who have started recently an exciting international life, full of energy and desire to meet new friends and discover the world.
**(Typical $70 to $150USD/week & bed)**

SILVER SPACES

Our **SILVER SPACES** always offer a **private space** for our nomads, at a very competitive cost . Your rent will generally include a comfortable and cozy room, with complete privacy, for the moments you need to be alone, for your personal or business well-being. You will generally have a small desk to be able to work alone, and a private bathroom. They are oriented to young active professional, digital nomads, or expatriated professionals, typically in their late twenties or thirties or still very young minded, who will to spend several weeks or months in a comfortable space. If you like the idea to spend your after-work time with your new colivers-friends, and to share ideas and get professional inspiration with the surrounding like-minded people, the Silver spaces are for you.

GOLD SPACES

Our **GOLD SPACES** are the choice of **exigent** nomads, who will not accept any accommodation which does not count with a swimming pool or a Jacuzzi, which has not been designed with elegance for the pleasure of the eyes, which does not count with comfortable and pleasant commodities. You suffer all day long to achieve your business goals, and you expect to recover your mind and body after-work in a pleasant space. Our Gold spaces are oriented to executive professional, senior digital nomads, who will share experiences after-work with like-minded colivers in the common areas. With our Gold spaces, you can except a outstanding studio with private kitchen, or a nice private room in a shared modern and awesome department or house, generally some co-working spaces with printer and office equipment,

PLATINUM SPACES

In Our **PLATINUM SPACES**, nothing is too nice, nothing is too expensive. You expect **luxury**, because you deserve it. You need comfort, service, and the best of everything, with the feeling of a home: our Platinum spaces are for you.
